How can I cancel my tee time or booking?

We realise that plans can change and that something can happen with your flight or your health. To ensure that we can help you quickly and efficiently please check first that you are eligible to cancel your tee time.

If you ticked the cancellation option or have chosen the flex rate then the booked tee time can be cancelled within the indicated cancellation period (in general 48 - 72 hours before the start of your tee time).

Tee time bookings can be cancelled via the following options:

  • the link in your booking confirmation email (check your personal email inbox or junk folder)
  • the 'my bookingspage in your Leading Courses account (website or app)
  • creating 'a support ticket' for our Customer Support department

Cancelling just one or more tee times when you have booked for multiple people

Unfortunately, golf clubs do not allow us to remove one or more tee times from one booking. We can arrange this for you, but you will need to get in contact with our Customer Support department. They will contact the club and if you are within the cancellation period we will refund you.
