What types of golf courses can I book on Leading Courses?
Leading Courses distinguishes between three types of golf courses:
1. Direct bookable courses — For the majority of these golf clubs, Leading Courses has a real-time connection, so every tee time you see is actually available. A small number of direct bookable courses do not have real-time availability; this is always clearly indicated on the booking page. Your tee time is confirmed immediately after payment (paid in full or via the Pay Later option).
2. Bookable courses (on request) — You complete the booking and payment (in full or via Pay Later), and the Leading Courses Customer Support team confirms your tee time with the golf club. If your requested date or tee time is not available, we contact you with alternative options. If no suitable tee time can be secured, the booking is cancelled and refunded (or the Pay Later invoice is cancelled).
3. Reservable courses (concierge service) — You pay only a reservation fee, and the Leading Courses Customer Support team makes the reservation on your behalf. You pay the green fee directly at the golf club on arrival.

What is included with every booking?
Every tee time booked on Leading Courses, in Europe, includes the Best Price Guarantee — we have negotiated the best rates with the golf clubs. Depending on the rate you select, your booking also includes:
Free cancellation & modification — change or cancel your tee time without extra costs (rate conditions are always shown before you book; some (discounted) rates are non-refundable and clearly labelled as such)
Pay Later — reserve your tee time now and pay when the cancellation window has surpassed.
Buggy & rental reservation —reserve a buggy or rental golf clubs together with your tee time, in one booking. Depending on the golf club, the buggy is included in the rate and paid at checkout, or arranged as a request by our Customer Support team. Rental golf clubs are always arranged by our Customer Support team and paid at the course
How do I book a tee time? (step by step)
The Leading Courses booking flow works as follows:
Select the golf club, your playing date, and the number of players.
Choose the course or starting tee. If a club has multiple courses or starting points (for example, Tee 1 or Tee 10), these are shown as tabs above the tee times, including their review score.
Browse the available tee times for your date. For each tee time, you can see how many spots are still available.
Compare the rate options per tee time. Each tee time shows the available rates — for example 18 holes + buggy or 9 holes + buggy — with the price per person and the rate conditions (such as free cancellation or non-refundable).
Select your preferred rate and choose how you want to pay: pay in full now, or use the Pay Later option.
Complete the payment. You are redirected to our payment provider to finalize the booking.
Receive your confirmation email. The confirmation, including your reservation ID, is sent to the email address of your Leading Courses account or the address you used at checkout.
Go to the golf club, show your reservation ID at the reception, and enjoy your round!
Do I need an account to book a tee time?
No — you can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating a free Leading Courses account: it makes cancelling or modifying your tee time much easier, and you always have direct access to all your bookings in one place.

Is every tee time on Leading Courses actually available? For the majority of direct bookable courses, yes — Leading Courses has a real-time connection with these golf clubs, so the displayed tee times reflect live availability. If a course does not have real-time availability, this is always clearly indicated on the booking page.
Can I cancel or change my tee time? Yes — bookings made include free cancellation & modification within the cancellation window. Some (discounted) rates are non-refundable; the conditions are always shown with each rate before you book.
Can I book a buggy or rental equipment together with my tee time? Yes. For buggies, it depends on the golf club: either the buggy is included in the rate you select (for example 18 holes + buggy) and paid directly at checkout, or you add it as a request to your booking and our Customer Support team arranges it with the club — in that case, you pay at the course on arrival. Rental golf clubs are always added as a request: our Customer Support team arranges them with the club, and you pay for them at the course. Either way, you arrange everything in one booking.
