What is the deadline for cancelling my booking?

if you are eligible for cancellation then normally this is 48 - 72 hours before the start of your tee time. 

To check what the exact cancellation period is for your booking, just check your account (my bookings) or the confirmation mail. The cancellation period is always indicated during the time of booking.

Summarizing: 

1. check the cancellation policy during your booking (click on 'cancellation policy', see image below)
2. check the confirmation email in your inbox
   
3. surf to your dashboard on Leading Courses and check 'my bookings' (if you do not have an account, just sign up with the mail address which you used to make the booking)
   

Please note that all golf clubs on our site work with different cancellation periods. For most golf clubs, this is 48 hours but some clubs request 72 hours, 1 week or even more. And some golf clubs have chosen not to offer the ability to cancel at all. If this is the case, then you will not be able to choose the flex rate or the cancellation option.
