Here is a short explanation of how availabilities are shown and work on Leading Courses.
For golf clubs that are bookable online on Leading Courses, we have a real-time connection with the golf club's tee sheet/agenda and the available times are therefore all shown on our website. We have access to all available tee times, so we are not limited by the club.
Calendar with the available tee times and prices
Once you have booked and paid your tee time, your tee time is immediately confirmed and the tee time will disappear from the tee sheet of the golf club, it's as easy as that! You can just show up at the reception, show your reservation ID (or indicate your name) and you are ready to go.
For golf clubs that are not directly bookable on Leading Courses, we have an intermediate solution. Your reservation will be handled by our Customer Support team and we will check with the golf course if that tee time is indeed still available. If the tee time is still available, this will be confirmed by us. If not, we will inform you and we will refund you immediately.
If you have just paid 12,50 euros, then you have a reservation which you still need to pay at the reception of the golf club. The 12,50 is our handling and reservation fee.
NOTE: If you want to book far ahead in time - so longer than 6-12 months - we might not have tee times available. This is often due to the fact that a golf club has not entered the rates for that period or just has not properly set up the tee times for that period yet.
