I have a Covid Voucher, how can I use it?

You can view your voucher in your Leading Courses dashboard under ‘vouchers’. We have had to issue vouchers, due to the Covid-19 crisis. This was done in order to protect you, the golfers, as well as the golf clubs.


With this voucher, you are able to book a new tee time at any bookable course on Leading Courses. Here are the conditions of the voucher:

  • the voucher is valid for 5 years from the moment you receive it
  • you can use the voucher for all online bookable courses on Leading Courses (golf courses that you can book and pay for online)
  • you do not have to spend your voucher in one go. If there is an amount left over, you can use it for your next booking until the balance has run out or the validity date of the voucher has expired.  


Redeeming a voucher


In order to help you redeem your voucher, we would like to ask you to follow these steps:

  1. Make a new tee time booking on Leading Courses
  2. Once the booking is paid and processed, please 'create a support ticket'
  3. Please select 'Booking Related Questions'
  4. Then select 'Payments, refunds and vouchers'
  5. Then select 'Vouchers'
  6. Then select 'I would like a refund of my voucher(s)'
  7. Please provide the booking reference in your ticket
  8. We will check everything and then will refund your booking from the balance you have on your voucher(s). 
  9. We will then update you on the balance that you have remaining.
  10. Then just enjoy your round!
