The moment you will see the refund in your account highly depends on how you paid for your booking. A credit card generally takes the longest for a refund to appear.
In general, it will take a maximum of 5 working days for you to receive the money back in your account.
If you haven't received the refund in your account after 10 days, then please 'create a support ticket' and we will check what the status or issue is. Please select 'Booking Related Questions', then select 'Payments, refunds and vouchers', 'Refunds' and then 'I have yet to receive my refund'.
