Sometimes the booking confirmation can sneak into your spam or junk folder. So it's always good to check those first before contacting us.
If you did not receive a confirmation mail, then please first check the 'my bookings' section in your account. The booking should appear here within 1 hour, but probably much sooner.
If you still cannot find it, please send create 'a support ticket' and we will pick it up straight away! Please choose 'Booking Related Questions', 'Payments, refunds and vouchers' and then 'other'.
Note: If you can't find anything related to your booking, this might indicate the booking didn't go through due to a technical error or that the connection was lost during your payment. Please create a support ticket.
