Upgrading your account does not cost a lot - we have kept the yearly fee as low as possible - so that this is affordable for any type of golf course. If you have Interaction or Destination, then just surf to your review overview in your Club Dashboard account, go to the specific review and click on 'Respond to this review' and type your response.

How to respond to a positive review?
When responding to a positive review, it is best to keep it brief. A simple 'thank you' can be enough. Don't react to every positive review, people might find that irritating. Also, don't react to a minor negative point. And never offer green fee vouchers or discounts to reviewers. That can give people the idea that you are trying to influence them and they might lose confidence in your other positive reviews.
How to respond to a negative review?
Don't rush when writing and think carefully before responding, because your response will also be read by other golfers. Keep it simple and brief. Thank the reviewer for their feedback and try to indicate what you will do with it. And although a review might be harsh, it hardly ever is a personal attack. Take the reviewer seriously, don't start an argument and never tell a reviewer he/she is not right. If you take measures, make sure to tell this in your response. This will build a positive relationship, even after a negative experience at first. Everyone understands that things can go wrong sometimes.
If you respond to a negative review, always keep in mind that other people will also be able to read your response. So, try to stay objective, thank them for the review but explain why perhaps you do not agree with it. Or, indicate what you will do to improve the situation.
