I want to be a Gold Member, how can I do this?

In order to build your way up to being a Gold Member you need to be really active on Leading Courses and write lots of reviews, upload photos or book tee times! 

When you sign up first on Leading Courses, your status is 'Steel'. When you become active (reviewing, uploading photos etc.) your status will increase in this order:

• Steel (0 points)
  
• Bronze (0-500 points)
  
• Silver (501 - 2000 points)
  
• Gold (2001 and more)

Below is a list of all the different ways that you can score points to get closer to the goal of becoming a Gold member:

• Review (or like) a review of someone else (thumbs up): 1 point
• Upload a photo of a golf club: 5 points per photo (max. 55 points)
• Receive a 'like' from someone else on your review: 5 points
• For each completed item (e.g. gender, geographic location) in your profile: 10 points
• We like reviews that are as complete as possible. The more complete the review, the more points you receive. You receive 50% of the points for the review for rating the club on 7 individual items and 50% for writing a motivational text with your review. In total, you can earn a maximum of 100 points with your review.
