Changing or adding people to your Club Dashboard

Modified on Wed, 05 Jul 2023 at 10:01 AM

It is important for golf clubs to gain access to your Club Dashboard. Your Club Dashboard account will help you to:

- edit, add or remove content on your club profile page on Leading Courses

- upload photos and videos of your golf club (depending on your subscription level)

- checking tee time bookings made by our community- check reviews and respond to them (depending on your subscription level)

- see statistics and trends (depending on your subscription level)

- and much more.

It is crucial that everything is correct, especially the email addresses where we send information concerning bookings and rentals, but also ensure the phone number is correct. It will save us both a lot of time and it will help avoid issues at the reception desk.

If you want staff or mail addresses to be added to your Club Dashboard account, then please do the following:

- contact your Account Manager

- send an e-mail to partner@leadingcourses.com

Valid e-mail addresses

Please only use email addresses which can be easily associated with the club, for instance: staffname@golfclub.com or that coincide with previous accounts that we have. Personal emails (@outlook.com, hotmail.com, etc) are not allowed unless we have written proof (for example a letter from the board or the club manager) indicating that this mail address can be added.

Please understand that it is our goal at Leading Courses to give you as much access and control of your club page, and with that, we also want to protect the integrity of those using the Club Dashboard to avoid any issues.
