It is important to note that when clients make a booking with the basic rate, this is considered a non-refundable booking in principle. Clients who have selected the flex rate will always be able to cancel or modify their tee time if they are within the cancellation window.
If, however, an obvious human error is made during the booking process (for example you booked a club with a similar name in a different region or country) and you have already made a new booking on Leading Courses, clients can contact our customer support team. We will then do our best to reimburse the incorrect booking. But, for basic rate clients we will charge a fee for doing so, to compensate for our costs and time.
Basic rate clients
Please only contact our customer support team if:
- you've made an obvious mistake (wrong day, month, or year or mix-up of clubs names)
- you've already made a new booking for the correct date or club
- there are still 48 hours left until your incorrectly booked tee time
If this is not the case, we are not able to help you. We will always charge a small fee to cover our costs and our time.
Flex rate clients
Flex rate clients can cancel their tee times themselves and book a new tee time. If you can't cancel anymore - because the tee time is within 48 hours - then we might still be able to help out, but this highly depends on the golf club.
To ensure a smooth booking process and avoid any errors, clients ar advised to carefully review their booking details before purchasing. A mistakes made during the booking process, such as selecting the wrong dates or course, may result in additional charges or the inability to cancel or modify the reservation.
