No, not without a very good reason. This applies to both paying and non-paying clients.
You can contact us if you suspect that someone is trying to compromise your profile. But you will then need to have a good reason and provide us with more information. If the review violates our Editorial Policy, then this is definitely a reason for disapproval of the review.
Just a low ranking is not a good reason. Remember, often people also give ratings that are way too high. You would not call then, right? So be realistic and if something is really wrong we will come up with a solution.
