If you cancel within the cancellation deadline, you get the full amount you paid back. Booking on Leading Courses costs €0 in booking fees, so nothing is deducted.
The refund goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 working days. Credit card refunds can take a little longer.
Did you use Pay Later? If you cancelled before the cancellation deadline, you haven't been charged, so there is nothing to refund.
No refund is possible for non-refundable rates or for cancellations after the deadline.
