What is the difference between a booking, a booking request and a reservation?

There are three ways to book a tee time on Leading Courses, depending on the golf club:

• Booking (confirmed immediately): most of these clubs have a real-time connection with Leading Courses, so every tee time you see is available. Your tee time is confirmed as soon as you have paid, in full or with Pay Later. If a club has no real-time availability, this is shown on the booking page.
• Booking request: you book and pay (in full or with Pay Later), and our Customer Support team confirms the tee time with the club. If your tee time is not available, we contact you with alternatives. If nothing suitable is available, we cancel the booking and refund you (or cancel the Pay Later invoice).
• Reservation (concierge service): you only pay a reservation fee of €15 per 4 players, and our Customer Support team reserves the tee time for you. You pay the green fee at the golf club.
