Flex rate: If you have chosen the flex rate, then you will receive the total amount back into your account. The money is refunded based on the payment method you choose. Credit card refunds generally take longer.
Cancellation option: If the €5,- cancellation option is chosen during the time of booking, then you will receive the total amount (excl. €5,- cancellation fee and reservation fee) back into your account. The money is refunded based on the payment method you choose. Credit card refunds generally take longer.
